Leadership Team

Jayan Narayanan is a seasoned marketing and business leader with over two decades of experience in sales and marketing within the IT industry. A graduate of BITS Pilani, he has held leadership positions with organisations including CSS Corp, Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC) and Accel ICIM. He is the Founder of Toss The Coin, a marketing consulting firm focused on B2B technology brands, and Co-founder of JokesApart, a leadership coaching venture. Jayan is also a distinguished Toastmaster and an experienced speaker, having conducted over 1,300 speaking engagements and workshops on leadership, design thinking, communication and creative thinking across India and internationally. He has also served on management school admission panels, as visiting faculty at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and on the advisory boards of several start-ups.

Reshma Budhia is a marketing and business leader with extensive experience in B2B technology marketing and sustainable business strategy. She is the Co-founder and Director of Toss The Coin Ltd., where she has been involved in providing CMO services to B2B technology brands since 2013. Prior to this, she served as Division Head – Corporate Marketing at CSS Corp and held marketing roles with Koenigstein Softech GmbH and Lotus Polymers Industries. Reshma holds a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and has undertaken programmes in innovation, design thinking and management through Emeritus and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her areas of expertise include advertising, team management, data analysis, innovation and strategic business development.

Sudhanshu Budhia is an entrepreneur and business leader with over two decades of experience in the liquid filtration and water treatment industry. He has served as Director of GSE Filter Pvt. Ltd. since 1999, a company engaged in supplying components for Reverse Osmosis systems and other liquid filtration technologies. With experience spanning entrepreneurship, sales and team management, Sudhanshu brings a strong understanding of business operations and the industrial components sector. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Engineering from Sathyabama University.

Manish Gupta is an experienced business leader with over 34 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry. He currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director of B&B Triplewall Containers Limited, and has held senior leadership positions across the packaging sector, including Managing Director at M&M Triplewall Containers and General Manager at Singla Packaging. He has also served as Proprietor of Singla Paper Corporations and has held senior management responsibilities at B&B Triplewall Containers Limited. His professional strengths include entrepreneurship, team management and sales. Manish holds a Bachelor of Commerce qualification from Vijaya College and a postgraduate qualification in Digital Electronics and Computers from Madras Christian College.

Mohan V. Mathew is a business leader, investor and advisor with over three decades of experience in transforming business models and building operations across multiple industry verticals. He has held leadership positions with organisations including Botree Software and CSS Corp before moving to Dubai, where he served as COO of Tasheel Holding Group and led its travel vertical for over a decade. During his tenure, he contributed to significant business growth and the strategic sale and merger of Al Etimad and Vega with VFS Global, following which he served as an advisor to the Executive Board of VFS Global. As Managing Director of Spinebiz Services, he led business optimisation and shared services operations across technology, infrastructure, finance, accounting and HR, serving customers across 142 global locations. He is currently a Co-founder of Mikro Grafeio, focused on integrated workforce and workspace solutions and supporting social-impact initiatives in India. He has recently taken up the role of COO of VAS Global, an Abu Dhabi based quasi government company mandated to set up UAE visa application centres in 109 countries across the globe.
