A Position Built on Restraint

Brand Positioning  |  Messaging  |  Brand Promise  |  Verbal Identity

Effective. Expressive. Experiential.

Over two decades, Gambhir Cosmetic Medicine built trust through physician-led aesthetic care. As the practice became Lunamé, that trust needed to extend beyond the founders and across new locations. With the name and visual identity in place, Toss The Coin developed the brand positioning around one insight from patient research: restraint is a form of expertise. The positioning and promise were then tested against three questions: Is it effective? Is it expressive? Is it experiential?

The idea behind the positioning

The research revealed that patients valued restraint as a form of expertise. In a category that often emphasizes visible intervention, the patients wanted precision, honesty, and the judgment to stop, at the right point. This insight became the foundation of Lunamé's positioning.

The brand positioning

A medical aesthetics practice that delivers natural-looking results through honest judgment, ethical restraint, and consistent clinical standards, helping patients feel safe, seen, and in control of decisions about their appearance.

The positioning answers four questions about the brand:

Lunamé brand collateral
01
Who it serves
Adults seeking aesthetic outcomes that still look like them.
02
What it offers
Physician-led aesthetic care rooted in precision and long-term treatment planning rather than one-off procedures.
03
How it delivers
Honest guidance and a calm, consistent experience across locations and touchpoints.
04
Why it matters
Patients feel safe, informed, and in control, with an approach centered on natural-looking outcomes over time.
The Brand Promise

The brand promise distilled the strategy into four words.

Clinical Expertise. Natural Results.

The line then had to pass three tests.

Test Question What it means for Lunamé
Effective Does it reach the right people? It combines medical authority with the outcome patients value most: a natural look. The emphasis is on refinement rather than reinvention, and credibility rather than hype.
Expressive Does it create the right feeling? Patients feel guided through a measured approach that preserves individuality. The intended impression is progress that still feels personal.
Experiential Is it evident in the patient experience? It translates the promise into a consistent standard across the patient journey, from the website and consultation to aftercare communication.

Gambhir spent two decades earning trust.

Lunamé was created to preserve that trust as the practice grows.
